putting an end to child abuse!

Child abuse is a real problem all over the world. Child abuse can be physical, emotional, sexual and verbal. These types of abuse can affect a child by permanently traumatizing them and lowering their self esteem. There will never be a way we can entirely get rid of this issue, however, if DCFS receives more funding, we may be able to make a good start. Most of the time, DCFS workers only make visits once or twice a month to many of the cases that don't have a lot of physical evidence.
Most of the time these parents are prepared for these visits and have time to put up an act.
If DCFS had more funding they would be able to hire more workers that would focus on each individual family. instead of visiting once or twice a month they would be able to visit twice a week. This would help them have a better insight to what happens when they are not around.
As I stated before, there will never be a foolproof way to solve this issue. However this would be a good start to preventing child abuse all over the state. Please show your support because you never know how many children you might be saving.
