Ban Puppy Mills In Maryland

Pet stores that sell dogs typically get their dogs from puppy mills. In puppy mills dogs are bred so often and unsafely. There are so many dogs they are crammed into cages. The majority of the puppies bred at puppy mills end up sick because the 'breeders' don't care about their health. They care about the money. The puppies are treated horribly. As an animal lover it breaks my heart. Puppy mills were recently banned in California, and I'm hoping to ban them entirely in the U.S. Please help me end this animal abuse.
