Revenue Canada Contract Up For Grabs?

There seems to be a few problems over the last few years ,unfortunately ,with Quebecs contract of Revenue Canada's Tax Services .

Example 1

  They are allowing individuals that share in a business name in  Ottawa Ontario, but living in Quebec, to file the business taxes ,done by an Ontario tax firm .There are court documents that indicate that the business is owned by both residents of the same house in Quebec.

The male (who was married to the other female)still lives with her -states he is married to her on his  individual Quebec Taxes.She only claims the business  and on her individual Quebec taxes she says she is not married to him.This has been filed for a few years .

Example 2

 They have the contract with Gatineau child support offices who by order of the court are in charge of collection  due to the problems of the payeer to pay nicely and on time.

  Living in Ontario ,when the man defaulted ,a few times ,I called to ask for immediate payment.They collect $!000 from the payeer as a holding money but absolutely refused these times to pay while they siezed the money from the father.They said they could simply not do this.

Example 3

   They refuse to issue the checks in the persons last name ,as she had not legally changed her name back for the sake of her child ,and instead causing problems by using her maiden last name .They even went so far to send her a cut -off letter that she displeased them by asking.She did no wrong.A few weeks later reinstated her without any appoligy for the service.

Example 4

 Quebec shelters the payeers of child support by not having a law that if 2 individuals live together for more than a year that they are common law married.(Some get divorced but still live together).Ignoring the law as well of Quebec that there is a limited time then you must file under your married name.The  female never took his last name making it look like they were 2 seperate individuals .

 This causes a parent to put all assests under anothers name to creat less the person has to pay to a child for support."Basically screwing their own child"

This point needs to be made a law ! !

Example 5

 Under their Qubec tax section of giving approximately $5000 in funds to a student who goes only to school part time and yet when I requested the same money for homeschooling they refused (even to acknowledge my request).Home schooling seems to be frowned upon in Quebec but yet our country is all about equality.

Solution & Demand:

" This contract should be offered to another province who is able to provide proper service and obey they same laws as  in the rest of Canada"
