Today we read the U.S. declaration of independence, and we see many of the same usurpations and injustices being done to us by our own unjust rulers as were being done to our forebearers at the beginning of this great experiment. today we must take on the same burden. sign to have the american congress be dismantled, and be restructured into the democratic discussion and consensus of the people of the united states of america.  the only way to stop the corruption permanently is to equally divide the power of governance amongst all people.  every body has a say; every body has a vote; every body is equal, there are no groups other than all, there are no heirarchies no positions no titles, all just people.  this is the first step in our human evolution - - overcoming this 5000 year period of the same old revolution - - and the time to take it is now.  going from children that fight with their fists and feet to young adults that fight with their words.  sign to make the u.s. government's congress of, for, and by the people of the united states.  in essence, it is a call to all americans to join together for a new constitutional convention - to draft a more perfect union - now that we have the tools and desire to have true direct democracy.



When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.



 



We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights; that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among People, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.



 



Such has been the patient sufferance of these States; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their Systems of Government. The history of the present Judicial, Legislative, and Executive branches of the United States Government is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.



 



Members of Congress have not passed Laws of immediate and pressing importance.



The Judicial Branch has made decisions that have altered the course of our nation in complete opposition to our founding documents, which have diminished the voice of the People in their own Government.



The office of the President, the Executive Branch, the Legislative Branch have called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their public Records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with their measures.



The Government has endeavored to prevent the population of these States; for that purpose obstructing the Laws for Naturalization of Foreigners; refusing – by obfuscating or making too expensive the process – to pass others to encourage their migrations hither.



The Legislative branch has become the means to the ends of corporations, their recompense the object of their service, not the greater good of their fellow man.



The Government has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers and passed hordes of Regulations to harass our people, and eat out their substance and choice.



The Government has allowed States to gather and keep among us armies as police forces in times of peace, and as such these states have used and in many cases abused these para-military forces against the people.



The Government has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving their Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation:



For Quartering large bodies of armed troops among us:



For protecting them, as well as for protecting privileged citizens and non-citizens, by a mock Trial or no Trial, from punishment for any Murders and other crimes which they have committed on the Inhabitants of these States:



For cutting off our Trade with parts of the world:



For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent, and allowing those most successful to skirt their responsibilities:



For depriving us in many cases, of the benefits of Trial by Jury, and for having one standard for one group of humans and a different standard for the rest:



For transporting us beyond Seas to be tried for pretended offences:



For abolishing our most valuable Laws, and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments:



The Government has abdicated their Right to Rule here, by declaring us out of their Protection and waging War against us.



They have allowed the plundering of our seas, the ravaging of our Coasts, the emptying of our towns, and the destruction of the lives of our people.



They are at this time transporting large Armies of foreign and National Mercenaries to compleat the works of death, desolation and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty & perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy the Head of a civilized nation.



They have constrained all of our fellow Citizens, and those taken Captive on the High Seas, to bear Arms against their Country, to become the executioners of their friends and Brethren, or to fall themselves by their Hands.



 



In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A Prince whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.



 



 



I, therefore, one representative of the people of the United States of America call upon the Government to Right Itself, or do solemnly declare that I and all people of all the States of America ought to be a free America.  As a free and independent Country, we ought to be able to do all the things free and independent Countries may do: levy war, conclude peace, contract alliances, establish commerce, declare a union between states, and all other Acts and Things a Country may of right do.  I declare that America ought to be free of any and all political ties with the Government, and may it form it's own renewed democratic societal system.  And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of my own personal divine Providence, i pledge my life, my fortune, and my sacred honor to the people of the United States of a Free America.



 



 



 



The Action is simple: dissolve the house and the senate, and replace it with a democratic discussion and consensus of the people of the united states - - all of us.  This new collective legislative body by the people will remake a country in all our image of the people, and since we're to be now accountable - all of us - for our own country, we will do it for all people.
