Let's stop paying for rapist and murderers!

We should have the prisoners chained to each other as before in history. And work our fields that benefit us Americans. The prisoners will work enough to pay for their stay and the cost for their authority's. They will work added hours to pay for their victims damages . They should be punished if refused to work.If their disabled, they should work in factory's, and make products that foreign country's make for the USA. And the will do it at a lower cost, so we could decrease some of our debts (to other country's) and our reliance. They should not go up for parole until all their debts our paid almost in full. Working in place of NON USA residents, will greatly benefit the American people. Our tax dollars should decrease, our prices should decrease,our farmers and businesses will find some wealth , their victims will have a better chance for success, and the immigrants should decrease ( leaving higher state funds for our second generation residents in poverty, and more jobs for our working class, and a less competitive job opportunity for our second generation residents.)
