Stop the bulk purchasers from taking from true customers!

Im tired of going on hot topics website and placing an order for an item and later get an email saying my order has been cancelled because product is gone.
And I just ordered 1 item, but they allow people and other companies or "resalers" to buy in bulk of 5 or more items to sell for a higher price on other websites, leaving us true customers without the item we would of loved to have!
I would like to have hot topic do away with bulk purchasers and just allow 2 items of same product not over 5! This is not fair for the true customers who would love the item. Change the policy and stop helping the higher priced resalers make money. It's not like hot topic cares since they get there money either way so screw the regular customers. I want change and hate how this has become the normal now for people to sell items for higher amounts and not even keep the item they just bought. They have no intention on keeping the bulk items they just bought for personal use. So no need in them having the item.
So please stop the support of bulk purchasers and let the real true customers have their items!
