None Violent Federal Inmate Release, A New Life! Grant State Inmates the same Opportunity Now!

There are so many non violent drug offenders, (State Prisoners) facing the same situation (Life Sentences) as Federal Prisoners. They also have concerned family and love that want their Freedom granted. Why should they do Life Sentences for such small charges? Please Help! Concerned Mom
