REACH, our city's enrichment program for grades 4-5 has been eliminated. It encompasses an international curriculum as part of the Future Problem Solving program and teaches students how to think and not what to think. Students learned problem solving skills, research, teamwork, and were always heavily involved in current events and the community. As a result of this elimination, dozens of advanced students in our city will no longer have a program that academically engages them. We are dedicated to restoring this extremely important program to our elementary schools' curriculum and helping these students take their learning to the next level.
