This is the second time i have tried to get some help ,I dont know who else to turn to.My grand kids were took from my husband and in May of this year not for anything that my husband and have done.Here is what happen our daughter brought her 2 girls to us to take care of them,because she was financially unable to take care of them at the time nor could their father,their father is a drug user and im not saying my daughter is any better cause she had chose to use pot but any way ,DCFS kept getting reports on our daughter that her house was dirty and that there wasnt any food in the home for the kids well what did it matter cause my husband and i had the girls this hole time we had ,had them for 8 to 9 months give or take some months and in these months one of the investigators had came into our home on different occasions checking on the kids to see how they were and everytime she found no evidence of neglect on me or my husband they seen that the girls were being very well took care of they had food to eat,they took bathes every night, they have their own room,they have toys and a roof over their heads and grandparents that told them every day that we love them.The case worker told us to appeal our case and that they would have to return them then after we did appeal she comes back and tells us that no they dont have to give them back well we won our appeal because the appeal judge told them that they didnt have enough evidence to take her kids,well they still have the kids and wont give them back they keep adding more things for her to do and when she does it they add more my husband and i house was approved for us to get them temp but they still keep coming up with things to keep us from even getting them temp until our daughter can get them what makes me angry is they have family that loves them and wants them but they wont give them to us so we can get them out of foster care.They dont want to see children back with their family ,they go into these homes and put people down ,talk bad about them.There needs to be workers in this office that wants to help families not see them fail.PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME CLEAN THIS OFFICE UP ,THIS COUNTY NEEDS YOUR HELP.There are families in our county that are trying to do right to get our children home and they just dont want to give them back.
