CCTV on every roundabout to support insurance claims!

When an incident occurs on a roundabout, insurance automatically assume it's a 50/50 claim unless you have evidence to prove otherwise. A dash cam is not always clear in these situations and without the help of the public and police reports, it is very difficult to prove. This makes claims take an age because liability is always disputed.
I have had two incidents on roundabouts, neither of which were my fault and I am in the fortunate position that liability has been accepted on both occasions. However, both of these claims have taken months, if not half a year to sort because the other driver doesn't believe that they were in the wrong. For instance, a party claimed a lot of money that they were not entitled to because it could never be proved otherwise. This makes my insurance go up for a faulty claim.
I feel that CCTV on every roundabout, or at least major ones, will make claims like this smoother and easy to see who was at fault for the incident. That way the correct insurance will pay for the incident and justice brought to the right people. Also, this will bring down the amount of claims that people are making, especially false injury claims which are costing millions of pounds each year which in turn raises our insurance premiums.
Therefore this petition is for CCTV cameras on major roundabouts to bring justice to motorists that were never in the wrong but could be penalised.
