Stop The torture of Halal Meat

Why does this terrible trade go on in our country. We are supposed to be Animal friendly but our government refuse to talk about the subject and D.E.F.R.A and the RSPCA wont stop it until the government changes the law. I think that a government representive should visit a Halal abattoir and watch this cruel barbaric trade, Its unnesersary cruelty in the name of a religion, also why isn’t there a law that insist halal meat is labelled? Its a disgrace
