We need a Surgeon General!

Obama, make a recess appointment to fill the Surgeon General vacancy. Dr. Vivek Murthy is highly qualified and is being blocked due to political games. It's time to stop playing games with our lives. When the Senate ends its current session, you can appoint him to fill the vacancy and he will assume the post immediately.
