Because if we are obligated to pay for our dwelling our Landlords should be aware and repair the consistent problems in our dwellings, especilly those that are an endangerment to our health and wel being. We have conttinuosly made the complaints, and the jobs are either not completed, ignored, and in some cases done by the tenant.
