Full Justice for "Nyx" the Police Dog!

  • by: Aimee Jacobs

Officer Zachary Miller entered a plea of not guilty after leaving his police K9 in a hot car for 6 hours with the windows rolled up. If convicted, he faces up to 6 months in jail and a $750 fine. Mr. Miller has entered into a plea of "Not Guilty" and I am calling on the Natrona County District Attorney's office to pursue charges and give officer Zachary Miller the maximum penalty under the current law with no plea deals accepted.
