In a way this is a good news story - because Tomy was found and is still living, thanks to the children who found him. BUT he is now paralyzed and needs HELP. Please donate whatever you are able to in order to give this poor, sweet dog a better life and ALSO to prevent someone from putting him to death. Just remember that $1.00 goes a long way.
