City of Frisco Street Department Maintenance request

This petition is to enforce the need to have the alley and sidewalks repaired on Thames and Wales. The alley entry way and sidewalk are raising during the hottest part of the day. approx 1pm-7pm. This started on July 13th and has continued to raise every day.
