-supporting the integrity of accurate lab testing

This petition is created to save the life of Jacqueline Brone and her son and patients like them from the negligence and apathy of numerous doctors and Tricare insurance failure to diagnose and treat a systemic parasite infection that affects their central nervous system. This petition also calls for Attorney General Loretta Lynch and the FBI to investigate certain individuals who have concealed their role in the slowed treatment of Mrs. Brone, her son, and their ability to compromise the integrity of their test results in order to prevent accurate treatment from being administered. On 8/07/15, at ten years of age, her son suffered his first major seizure, even though he has no history of them. Jacqueline's son is autistic delayed development.

We petition Congress, Attorney General Loretta Lynch, President Obama, and the FBI to investigate why a military service members family are dying from an infection that is treatable even though systemic. Mrs. Brone and her son should be receiving treatment right now. Doctors are not able to order the blood test to screen for antibodies of the presence of these parasites due to not knowing how and Tricare insurance refusing to cover the blood test. It has taken years and still Mrs. Brone and her son have not seen an infectious disease specialist. This has reached the level of criminal. It warrants an investigation and a speedy push to get treatment for Jacqueline Brone and her son. Our service members and their families deserve better than this negligence in the state of North Carolina. Please sign this petition to support more specialized training of our medical professionals concerning parasite infections and their proper treatments which include specialized imaging and blood testing instead of relying on unreliable stool sample testing.
