I had gotten the staff. After countless hours of farming items, collecting 350k gold, and getting the crafting recipe the Nightmarish Staff of Herding was finally mine. Next tiem I go to use it BAM, completely missing!

We as paying customers don't deserve to lose so much only to be told by customer service that they can do nothing, regardless of it happening in a wide audience and them having control of inventories and sending items.

I have taken it upon myself to boycott Blizzard until my staff is recovered...please at least sign this petition to help others get their staff back!
