There are owners of residential facilities inside a commercial zone and the do not want a Club to be located on Cherry Street in Helena West Helena Arkansas because their tenants are complaining because our doors are open until 2:30 am.
And it was understood that the Midnight crowd was not welcome nor would/should be catered to.
Since DAY #1 July 28th there has been no drama fights or issues at BLACK CHERRY nor has there been issues associated with 400 Cherry Street aka Fonzie's.
Complaints directed at 400 Cherry are not of events that had no association with Fonzie's nor the people involved.
There really isn't a solution other than continuing to provide a safe entertainment environment and create a paper trail of people who SUPPORT WHAT BLACK CHERRY IS BRINGING TO HELENA WEST HELENA
