Winnipeg woman fined by city for feeding stray cats; says she was told to let them starve

Because these innocent animals have more rights to live then convicted killers who get treated better behind bars,3 meals a day,a roof over their heads and a gym,computer to work with after they have killed someone or raped and these animals deserve better. And now the law wants us to let stray cats starve,they deserve better.Why should our taxes protect criminals?Time to change the law to protect animals in need!!! Shame on Winnipeg!!!!

I have sent an email to the editor in Winnipeg about this and how they are so wrong for doing this to the woman and how they treat cats.

As to Dianna Grace of Spain, I'm not playing god,but have the right to be a voice for the woman being charged of feeding stray cats in need!!!
