Because the matter of this situation is 2 years old. The person has no proof. She thought Michael was cheating on her. So 2 years ago from the matter, she pulls up some slander move in 2012 to make MY boyfriend look bad. I’m 18-years-old and I know he didn't do it. He wouldn’t cheat because he doesn’t like cheaters. Because of this person being crazy, the court case just closed (10/19/2012) he has 60 days to report to jail. I don't want him to go to jail because he didn't do anything and there’s no proof that he cheated! He wouldn’t cheat anyways! I want to start this petition to let the court case know that they made a mistake and a very bad one mistake at that. This girl that is trying to take him to court isn't showing up. And she is slandering him and need to be cause for Defamation of character toward my fiancé. My fiancé also has no contact with this girl and she's slandering/harassing him. This needs to stop immediately and the court isn't listening to his side of the story! And when he's doing what he needs to be doing. The law needs to open there eyes so I’m opening it for them!
