We the people have clearly spoken that we want medical cannabis made available to all who need it, affordably and simply. We want the various government agencies to stop their war on cannabis in every way, whether medical or recreational. Both state government agencies war on citizens, and more importantly the federal government war on state governments. It is a foolish waste of tax dollars, borrowed dollars, and lives.
Toward that end, when seated on a jury, we the undersigned hereby refuse to convict anyone of any marijuana-related offense, from paraphernalia possession to selling a billion tons of it. If you won't follow our wishes, we won't support your laws. When you can no longer find a jury to convict, this ridiculousness that is the drug war will be ended.
