Remove the dog currently in the home of Jesse Deleon(PETITION IN ARTICLE)

Here is Jesse Deleon's story.....THE PIC IN THIS PETITION IS NOT EITHER OF THE DOGS FROM THIS STORY

Jesse Deleon of Corpus Christi faces misdemeanor animal cruelty charges after his one-year-old dog died when left tied to a fence on Monday on the 6000 block of Wright Street. There was no shade for the dog to get any relief from the extreme temperatures. His nearby water bowl had been turned over. According to the Kristv.com, Deleon carried his deceased mixed-breed dog to Animal Control.

It's depressing, but it happens," Deleon told the television reporter.

He says he has learned from his mistake and will take better care of his other dog by providing a dog house and cold water.

Deleon explained the dog had been an indoor pet, but was not house trained.

So the Corpus Christi Police Department and The Corpus Christi Animal Control let him keep his other dog.We need to get this dog out of this man's home immediately. Why they even allowed him to keep him is beyond my comprehension.

Jesse Deleon does not deserve to have a dog and he should be punished for the cruel, vile act that killed his other dog.

To the Police Department and the Animal Control office at Corpus Christi,Texas,we the petition signers want this dog removed from Jesse Delon's home immediately  as he is not a responsible human being. He has already killed one of his dogs, and we want to ensure the safety of this dog. Please remove him from this home and place him in a shelter or with a rescue organization so he may have the opportunity to find a loving caring, forever home that he so much deserves. We thank you for your immediate action on this very important matter.
