Change the law on brothels in iowa

I'm not condoning prostitution. I'm just saying let's keep track of it better. As well make it safer for the women and men. Make it legal to be a brothel only. We have porn who actors get paid to have sex. People meet on websites looking for sugar daddies or sugar momma's. And yet it happens daily and very unsafe std's aids abuse let's change this to keep in safe.
