Petition Against The Release Of Alabama Inmate Denise Fitzpatrick Poer  AIS# 174318

As a citizen of the United States of America, I respectfully protest the possibility of parole for one, Denise Fitzpatrick Poer - AIS# 174318; who is incarcerated in the State of Alabama at Julia Tutwiler Correctional Facility. This inmate has been convicted of the First Degree Murder of Lloyd Wayne Maddox and deserved to serve every day of her sentence. 
It is my belief that this violent offender will not be capable of conforming to minimal standards of conduct within her community, and in fact poses a grave risk to society. I ask that she not be released from prison, and that she continue to serve the remainder of her original sentence.
