Tow Operator Appreciation Day

On average every year about 60+ tow operators lose their lives due to people not slowing down and moving over. That's 60+ families without their husband, brother, wife, aunt, uncle etc. Most do not take into consideration the danger these brave people put themselves into to make sure YOU make it to where you are going safe! It is a law that when an emergency vehicle is stopped along an area you are supposed to slow down and move over to the other lane if they are investigating and or helping someone, yet 95% of people do not do this when they see a tow truck. A tow truck is considered a emergency response vehicle, yet most do not consider it as such! Let's get tow operators the appreciation they deserve by spending at least one day a year celebrating them, By signing this petition that is exactly what you are doing as well as raising awareness to facts that most people don't know about, urging others to do research and be more aware of those big flashing yellow lights on the side of the highway we all pass by daily but don't pay much attention too! Slow down and move over if possible. You could save a life with just that simple step!
