Justice For Baddie "The Pit Bull" Raise Penalties On Animal Abuse Laws

  • by: Debbie Meindl-Lemmon

Too many innocent animals die and the penalties are so low that this will continue until we can enact laws that are as strong for animal abuse as they are for humans.

Recently on April 1 2016 a beautiful loving Pit Bull named Baddie was savagely killed by a man who entrapped him in his front yard, proceeded to hunt him down with an AR-15 assault rifle.

The dog was frightened and was trying to get away from him, The man fired two shots and missed as family was begging for his life, the man shot him in the chest killing him. He then walked over to him and put two more bullets into his head as his lifeless body lay there.

Baddie was our family dog, he loved everyone. Humans have let him down. He trusted humans, please don't let him down now.
Baddie is dead now and the man who did this is out on bail. Please make sure this offender is prosecuted to the highest level of our current laws.
Please write to all California officials. Ask for Baddie's law be proposed. The person who killed Baddie is pleading "not guilty" California show your voice! Help us put this guy where he belongs. His next court date is September 23, 2016 at 8:30 a.m. Riverside hall of justice Riverside, CA

To all concerned,

We who signed this petition are aware that laws are not easily changed. However it has to start somewhere. We are asking you to be the voice for us as we are the voice for the animals who cannot speak for themselves. We also ask this felony offender who savagely killed Baddie the dog, be prosecuted to the fullest extent of our law.

We ask help in changing future laws to be stronger for animal abuse to stop the needless cruelty. Will you be our voice? You have the power to help will you do it? As one of the people who signed the petition said so eloquently "those who have the power to help the powerless have a moral and ethical responsibility to use it!.
