Action Plan to Clean Our Oceans

Man-made debris has become a major dangerous obstacle on and in our oceans.  Marine life in our oceans are being poisoned, and vessels navigating our oceans are at risk.

The enormous quantity and complexity of garbage floating and submerged makes navigation very risky.  Much of this garbage is a result of the Tsunami which devasted Japan, and is killing and sickening marine life.

We must all work together to clean this up!!  I propose every vessel on the oceans picked up the debris they come across in their travels and all countries bordering our oceans accepted the garbage for proper disposal at no cost. Beachcombers if provided with garbage receptacles could pick up garbage they come across. This problem could be dealt with quickly and efficiently, just as years ago roadside garbage was all but eliminated in Canada and other progressive countries.
