Spain, stop the abuse and abandoning of donkeys and horses!!!

In Spain donkeys and horses are abused that way that they have to carry much too heavy loads, and if they´re too old or sick they´re abandoned in "nowhere land", if they ain´t found and rescued they starve, this has to stop!!!
