INVESTIGATION OF THE U.S. DISTRICT COURT FOR ACTS OF CORRUPTION

This Petition is important to the citizens of the United States because it (clearly) documents the U.S. District Court aiding to conceal (serious) criminal acts committed against citizens by officers of the State of California.
This Petition reports the U.S. District issuing two [fraudulent] court order(s) which illegally dismissed the civil complaint I filed against California in which I sought damages for the injuries I received from being falsely imprisoned by the State of California during the period of: Feb. 22, 2009 through Dec. 21, 2011.
This Petition claims that U.S. District Court Judge E.M. Chen
did [knowingly and intentionally] issue two (totally fraudulent) court orders [e.g. December 2, 2013; and January 9, 2014] that granted the State of California permission to imprison (and torture) me from February 22, 2009 through December 21, 2011... without a court of law trial...and/or... without a court's order.
The reason I am forced to create this Petition is that all (ALL) government and non-government agencies [i.e. the ACLU...] have closed ranks to prevent an investigation of U.S. District Court Judge E.M. Chen (above-stated) two court order because of the (enormous) number of California (and federal) government officials that would be indicted and prosecuted as a result of an investigation.
This petition seeks an order from the U.S. Dept. of Justice for an investigation of the two court orders issued by U.S. District Court
Judge E.M. Chen, that were created with the intent of obstructing justice...and concealing criminal acts committed by officers of the State of California.
Like many other citizens of this nation... I served this country honorably as: a U.S. Marine; a Naval Flight Engineer, [...and Search and Rescue Crewman]; a police officer; and a school teacher; but when I attempted to expose court corruption our government [MY GOVERNMENT!] took revenge against me "...by falsely imprisoning and beating me till I was crippled...".
I request your help in reclaiming my Constitutional rights of due process of law and a fair impartial trial, by signing this Petition for an Investigation...of Judge Chen's two court order as acts of judicial fraud and obstruction of justice.

Dear Sir/Madam:
My "credentials..." [...stated in at the top of my: "Petition"] provide sufficient credibility to support my statements of corruption and criminal acts committed against me by the U.S. District Court and the officers of the State of California...but more than just "...my credentials..." I have the exact laws and (the specific...) documents that verify that the judicial officers of the U.S. District Court and the State of California have committed serious criminal acts and ...abused their color of law to conceal their criminal acts.
The intent of my "Petition..." (other than to hopefully obtain a "fair and impartial trial..." ) is to expose the severity of the criminal acts of government officials in the U.S. District Court and the State of California ... and also, the (truly) enormus and unbeliveable waste of taxpayers' dollars that is mis-used to conceal their criminal acts.
This (in part) is the reason for the importance and urgency of this (...my) Petition... .
