Invasion of privacy and health issues at the bathrooms at Central Park, Grinnell ,Iowa

Central Park bathrooms were designed in a New York style apparently. This is not New York it is Grinnell, Iowa. they pose a threat to many children going in there unattended to change their clothes for playing in the fountain or after done playing in the fountain 2 go and get some dry clothes on. younger kids 7 and under are usually icy accompanied by their parents. But seven years and older are usually going in on their own to change. any pedophile or anybody can just accidentally walk-in if those doors aren't locked properly. There are no screens to block from being seen from outside of the door is open. Whether you are sitting on a toilet or change your clothes. all we're asking is it screams get put between the two toilets that they put side-by-side in there,and a screen between the toilet and the sink that's 5 inch away from the toilet. is impossible with the locks that are on the door to even tell whether you really got the door locked. The deadbolt doesn't work and the one of the doorknob you just can't tell if it's locked or not. Proper lock should be installed that either say open or closed. Teenagers have been witness going in there male with a female and closing the door behind them. It poses a danger for elderly to be and they're as well as middle-aged posing a threat for robbery if they are followed in. It also poses a threat for children to be attacked or another woman. All I predator would have to be is sitting on the steps there watching for his prey to lock in alone and shove the door open. This is a question of safety measures and privacy. Women have issues where they don't really need viewers and a bathroom. I am not comfortable being in the bathroom with someone I don't know. And I am not comfortable with a man walking in on me or another woman that I don't know. Or even if I knew them. I was approached on Facebook with a very rude man, not naming names, saying they will remain as they are a so-called family bathroom. They are hardly ever used as family bathrooms. Not saying they never are but for the most part no I see a lot of kids going in there on their own changing. A lot go alone. I spoke to a couple that came out of there and they said it was ridiculous. The husband was really upset that he had to accompany his wife into the bathroom. We went to the Chamber of Commerce, two friends of mine and I, and song from there went down and took a look at them and 1 told me it was the remotest ridiculous thing he had ever seen. Another just said unbelievable. I don't think it's too much to ask to get this changed before a child is attacked or abducted from there. Or a woman raped or someone robbed. Why do we always have to wait until the bad happens before we act on anything? Why can't we stop it before it happens and wrecks someone's life?
