Demand for metal detectors and armed security of each school.

With school shootings becoming almost a weekly occurrence now in the U.S. I am extremely concerned for the safety of my children every day in their school environment, wondering if they'll return home safe at the end of each day. I propose we implement armed guards and metal detectors along with the possibility for an alarm system for Windows and doors in each school in our town to prevent guns from ever entering any of our schools. This will make it extremely unlikely for any of our precious children to be involved in a school shooting or other violent or malicious acts involving a weapon.
