Demand Policing of nationwide police force.

Are you tired of seeing the police brutality? Abuse of power? Corruption within the system? Body cams, Car cams, Internal affairs and the we people recording and standing up for our rights is all helping but not to the extent it should. This is an issue that effects all races, All religions, All people and it's time to make a critical devoted action towards a change. What we need is a police force comepletly unattached from normal law enforcement whose sole purpose is to as the title mentions "Police The Police" with they're own squad cars to enforce the very same laws that police are meant to uphold on law enforcement only. With their own direct 3 digit call number that people can call if they are being harassed. The enforcement officers should be called in to uphold the rights of the common people and the average citizen. And make sure the people understand and know their rights! I believe there should be classes in colleges across America to study how to enforce the police.
These officers should be able to arrest police officers on contact if deemed necessary for breaking laws and be able to pull over officers and check through cams and read quota counts.
If we can reach 100,00 signatures by July 30th we can bring this to the White House and be the generation to end this corruption once and for all!
