Bring Back MINI-USB (or a Better USB Connection Solution) for Devices & Get Rid of MICRO-USB FOREVER

HELP STOP huge companies from controlling their custmers! All our new beloved devices are now having "MICRO-USB" installed onto them instead of the superior "MINI-USB" technology which rarely broke. This seems to be to be a ploy by major electronic companies to get consumers to re-purchase charger/sync parts for our devices--faster than ever before. Before MICRO-USB was released, users like you and me would have to buy maybe ONE (if that) replacement MINI-USB cable(s) per year. Since MINI-USB took over, I've had to buy MICRO-USB parts AT LEAST 20 TO 30 TIMES over the last 3-4 years ( I have receipts to prove it).

ELECTRONIC COMPANIES: If you're not going to bring back the old (better technology (MINI-USB) ), AT LEAST IMPROVE the current technology so it's not constantly breaking. Either bring back the one that worked, or bring us something better! It's NOT FAIR to us consumers!

The reason I think it's a ploy is because many major electronic companies decided to switch to MICRO-USB at the same time. And obviously doing this would get consumers to re-purchase charger parts for their devices faster than ever before. Like I mentioned above, I purchased about 1 new MINI-USB cable per year (if that). That was normal at the time. Replacing MINI-USB with MICRO-USB would be a genius idea to make a new revenue stream! They saw a chance and grabbed it! So... they develop a "New/Improved" "smaller & more convenient" USB technology and then tout it as being better! Hard to turn down a chance a lot of extra cash in such a competitive market for them, YES??

For some of us not-so-techie pwople out there, do you remember when your phone had a slightly larger USB connection and hardly ever broke or failed. But then one day you got a new device and came with a different sized (smaller & non-backwards compatible) cable? The plug of the USB cable is noticeably more frail and falls apart very easily. The older "MINI-USB" cables lasted MUCH much longer!

Obviously us consumers constantly having us buy new charger parts all the time as replacements to our "broken USB MICRO-USB parts". Is a HUGE WIN for them! It's utter nonsense. It's a nuisance always replacing them and it ends up costing a lot of money over time! Also a standardized better USB platform is a good thing and will TONS AND TONS of environmental waste!!

It's time for us consumers to unite and get what we deserve for our many hundreds of dollars spent on our devices! We won't stand for it anymore. What they did SHOULD BE ILLEGAL!!!! Stand with me and let's fight it! Let's start at 10K signatures.. send to all your friends & family who might have this issue... After that first goal, we'lll see how many we can get and then I will bring these signatures to the companies and play hardball with a lawyer! That is my promise.

It's important for HUGE electronic companies to not have control our buying habbits in their favor, which is what I see what I see happening here. Devices from having MICRO-USB installed on our expensive devices in replacement for the wonderful MINI-USB (which almost never broke). This was an obvious ploy by companies to get you to re-purchase charger parts for your devices faster than ever. Before MICRO-USB was released, users like you and I would have to buy maybe ONE (if that) replacement MICRO-USB cable per year. Since implementing MICRO-USB ( in place of MINI-USDB), I have replaced these cables AT LEAST 20 TO 30 TIMES over the last 2 to 3 years. I have receipts to prove this if need be!
