We all have to have smog checks on our vechiles these machine's are not only a health threat to humans and animal's but to the environment. 

When you see these men wearing masks while operating leafblowers I think that gives us a clue on how toxic this practice really is. Whatever happened to the rake?  Men blowing dirt into our home's and onto the street.The toxic fumes from the exhaust. 

Please ban leafblowers help us improve air quality.
