Oppose the planned development of housing estate in turners hill

Please sign this petition to stop the planned development of housing in historic Turners hill. Developers got the council to change the agricultural land to non agricultural land for a supposed natural burial ground which wouldn't change the landscape at all. Within DAYS of permission being granted (and the land no longer being protected) they put in planning for a housing development. Disgusting! Sign now and protect our countryside and village!! Decision being made on 1st July so sign now! More importantly you should put your objection in writing to the council before the 1st July as that is when the time to comment comes to an end. We strongly urge people to write in objecting as otherwise this has a strong possibility of going through which would be devastating for the wildlife, traffic and the school.
