Mission to save HIS Ten Commandments Monument at the Oklahoma State Capitol

This is a Christian Nation and Our elected officals have failed to represent us and it is up to us to work together to keep HIS Ten Commandments Monument at the Oklahoma State Capitol and Stand With Jesus against oppresion of OUR Nations Religious Belief as evident in the currency we use every day and also evident in the Preamble to the Oklahoma Consitition. Let's set the example for the rest of the country.

Thank you to everyone who is here today supporting such an important cause. It is people like you that allows Oklahoma to be a beacon to our Nation and a light to the rest of the world. I am proud to stand with you as we work together to prevent the removal of the Ten Commandments Monument. Should Question 790 pass our legislature, it will allow folks like you to remove the language from the Oklahoma Constitution the court says the Monument violates. The proposal to remove Article II, Section 5, from the Oklahoma Constitution is not simply done to accomplish a narrow goal. While the Ten Commandments Monument is important, I believe this issue is bigger than just a specific monument. This is an issue regarding all Religious Liberty in Oklahoma. Recently in Prescott v. Oklahoma Capitol Preservation Commission, our State Supreme Court gave Art. II, Sec. 5, a strict interpretation, and completely ignored any historical or contextual analysis. The Court based the removal of the Monument solely on it having religious content, overturning a 100 years of case law. There are far reaching consequences of a strict interpretation. Other states have reviewed similar provisions in their state constitutions and have come to the conclusion that a strict interpretation of their state's provision would essentially make their state hostile to religion. Should our courts be consistent; IF any government action has a religious content of ANY Faith, it will now violate the Oklahoma Constitution. This is a battle that belongs to the great people of Oklahoma! I am proud of who we are as a people and our heritage. It's up to us to determine what we want: Whether we want Oklahoma to follow the strict interpretation of Article II, Section 5, and its long ranging consequences or to remove or modify it, reaping the benefits of protecting Religious Liberty. Thank you and God Bless! John Paul Jordan, Esq. THE JORDAN LAW FIRM 1703 Professional Circle, Suite 501 A Yukon, Oklahoma 73099

Vote YES on Oklahoma State Question 790 on Nov 8th! Why VOTE YES? So We The People can have Victory and put the 10 Commandment Monument back right where it belongs and hinder further attempts by the enemy to erase our Great States and Nations Christian Heritage. This is a Heritage arguement not a Religious argument as the enemy has painted it.
I Personally ask all Christians to please Pray, Share, and Like this post so we can have total Victory in HIS Holy name for our Great Nation Amen!
