Elko Needs a LARGER Splash Pad that Accommodates our Outdoor Culture

The splash pad in Elko by Petco is small and does not offer a lot of interesting play. Our community is growing and a large splash pad would enable families with a wide range of ages a place to play. I know that my children enjoy water cannons, fire hydrant, flower shower, water umbrellas, mini mushrooms, bucket dumps. There are probably more, but I hope this petition would help bring a call to action.
