Dare County is now threatening to bring back the cat euthanization program in retaliation for me exposing their cat killers.They obviously wanted to kill them so now we know why they did not stop the cat haters from killing them.They claim to not be a cat abusive community but there answer to pleas to enforce the animal cruelty laws they decided to kill the cats instead.
