I am demanding a raise in pay. simply because every department in Brookwood hospital makes More than the Housekeepers when if it wasnt for us the building wouldnt be in mint condition. When the employees were under Brookwood contract they were making more but they brought in help to manage us and all they have done is cheated us out of money and worked us like slaves they are very unprofessional unappreciative inconsiderate human beings to society if linen department only pushes linen carts why are they making 12.00 an hours as to where we work with dirty needles blood sanitizing making the stay for patients worth their visit why arent we getting our end met. The manages are stealing right from under our noses with all these vacations they accumilate no raise til after a year like really they dont give us evaluations they pick at there staff they discuss persanal business amongst any staff confidental or not. We dont get health insurance thru the company anymore they dropped it so i mean were basically being screwed all the way around and i demand a change or i will sue for what ive been cheated out of.
