Requisiton of Board meeting

Lately, the Management group (TAFT MANAGEMENT INC) and selected board members have acted "offside" with respect to communicating major decisions relating to our building and maintenance fees (your fees will double what they are today within 4 years if things stay the same). Recent examples are 2013-14 maintenance increases considerably above stated and expected amounts, a legal proceeding against all unit owners (Notice of Application) and the decision around party room rental fees. TAFT (as evident in our latest AGM meeting) continues to communicate in a unproductive and offensive manner to the owners of 225 Wellesley Street East.
We would like to have a specific meeting with the board of directors to;

1) Communicate our frustration with TAFT and request a RFP to find a suitable replacement for TAFT

2) Inform the Board of Directors that are not creating a fiscally responsible corporation, and continues to make major decisions without communication to unit owners as to the reason these decisions are being made and an opportunity to discuss and debate the decisions.
