Emergency Rule Allowing California’s RDA’s to remove Supra-Gingival Deposits

As dental practices begin to re-open slowly under the safer-at-home guidelines, most practices are trying to accommodate patients who have been waiting months for dental hygiene procedures in conjunction with necessary periodic examinations. We are at a critical point in providing access to care for all individuals and require increased utilization of our trained dental auxiliaries. We ask that you consider this Emergency Rule and allow for immediate adoption and continuation until at least December 31, 2020.
