Arkansas Renters Rights Needed

Renters in Arkansas have very little to no rights as renters. Many are unaware of this fact. We as renters are subject to being evicted for anything including calling for life saving repairs like a air conditioner repair in 90 and 100 degree heat on the inside of the property. We need to urgently urge Congress House and all other dimensions of the government to make new laws protecting renters from being evicted from the property they rented.
