This petition calls on EU Home Affairs Commissioner Cecilia Malmström to resign because of her Indifferent and Callous stand which has failed Malta, Italy and all the other EU countries that are facing a Human Tragedy by rightfully helping and assisting asylum seekers fleeing War Zones.
Malta’s push for effective burden sharing and reallocation of asylum seekers among EU member states was left on the backburner in a fresh set of proposals published by the European Commission on 4 December 2013.
