We DEMAND EQUALITY!!!!!! Help to end judicial abuse and stand up for the rights of everyone equally

I am concerned with the justice system the we are currently under. I have been in and currently am going through family court and it has been violations of human right that I have never imagined to be true in the United States where our constitution have been willfully and intentionally disregarded in the worse way. We the people deserve the rights to be treated fairly in every case no matter the situation or circumstances of the case. When the magistrate and judges violate the 14th amendment to the constitution to the law they remove some of the most important right that our government leaders have put into place so that everyone has a fair right to address the charges and defend the charges before passing final judgement in the court. We the citizens have voted those into office to protect our rights to be free in this country. However, like every job there are good people and also bad ones. We need a change to how the laws are currently handled. Imagine going to family court and having a family court judge convict you without due process to the law while having an attorney represent you at the time but their hands are tied due to fear of retaliation by the courts. Imagine the courts giving you 30 days jail time for calling the peace officers also known as local law enforcement officers when the other party to the case attempted to cause bodily harm to you. Imagine filing complaints with the local government only to be told that they wont fight in court for you for violating your due process to the law. Although the government has its flaws, one of those flaws should never be to ignore the laws that are currently enacted and should be abided by those who has taken the judicial oath to uphold the laws that are in place even when no one else is looking as the judicial sworn oath is taken by all judges and magistrates who serve on the bench. My concerns are why are these issues happening in the court of law without any relief of justice to the people who count on the judicial system to serve the court. No one should ever be afraid to stand up for themselves and defend their rights in the court of law. We all have the rights to be treated fairly. The concerning issue is why is it not ok to stand up to the courts rulings and defend yourself even if the courts have broken the laws by retaliating against anyone for speaking the truth and defending those who cant defend themselves in court. Human Rights are those that everyone is born with in The United States and should always be protected even in the court of law when prejudice, bias and color of law has existed in the case. What I want to happen is for us to come together and take a stand against the injustice system and demand fairness in every case, to be allowed to have the federal government to compel the judicial system to investigate all cases that have been treated with Human Right Violations, Constitutional Rights Violations, Bias Rulings, Prejudice Rulings, Gender Bias Rulings, Color Of Law Violations and all other violation to the judicial system that are made with the intent to break the law by the courts.
