STOPPING PUPPY MILLS AND BREEDERS IN THEIR TRACKS

PUPPY MILLS, BREEDERS, BACK YARD BREEDING. HAS CAUSED A LOT OF ANIMALS TO BE PUT DOWN AT SHELTERS..or dumped off side of the roads..

We are asking for better laws to protect these animals here in ILLINOIS.. by several ways.....

1.  Breeders must pay a licenses fee up to  $1000 for each breed they want to sell..

2. Breeders must make sure puppies etc are UTD, Micro chipped,, and fixed..before selling of the puppies or kittens etc..

3. Breeders must only have 4 kind of breeds of animals at a time not a bunch of different breeds.. Must not have them in cages..must have room to run and play.. must not have a bare crate with only wire at bottom.. must be out of cage over 75 percent of the time.. must not be outside in winter or cold garage without heat...must be inspected monthly from investigators.. who really care about animals..which the rules are.. no bare bottom wires.. must have water n food in cages.. big blankets n pillows... toys,, must have a large area to run ..must be loved and brushed everyday.must have a helper who is not family...vet must check them all out every 6 months if adults.. no back to back breeding.. 2 set of pups per set of dogs a year..too much over breeding.. must maintain it..

4. Any of these animals from their breed ends up in shelter.. must take the animal back and find it a home.. that is why micro chip is very important

5. If any breeder or breeders put an animal at the shelter or pound .. must be fined $5000 grand or licenses revoked for 10 years..but the shelter has to report them and not protect them either.. must have a licenses ID to drop an animal at the shelter...make that for everybody..fines for person of 200..if not a breeder..

6.If a person or breeder drops animal or animals off at shelter..they name goes on a list of DO NOT ALLOW TO BUY or sell ANY ANIMALS FOR 10 YEARS.

7. If any breeder is caught in a dog ring.. willl face.. all dogs being removed,, fined and prision for over 10 years.. anything they own shall goes toward medical n living for the animals involved..

8. NO ANIAMLS ARE TO HAVE ANY OF THEIR VOCAL CORDS CUT EVER.. IF THEY ARE CUT REVOKE LICENSES FOR LIFE.. ANY ANIMALS THAT ARE FOR SHOW WHO HAS THEIR VOCAL CORDS CUT SHOULD BE FINED 10 GRAND any animals that has it vocals cut can not cry out when in pain or anything.. that is abuse!

9. BREEDERS WHO BREED FOR DOG RACIING.. SHALL SEE THAT ANIMAL LIVES ITS LIFE OUT WITH THEM FOR ALL THE MONEY THAT THEY BROUGHT THEM.. MUST NOT TAKE TO SHELTER.. MUST NOT DUMP.. OR BE KILLED.. MUST BE WELL TAKEN CARE OF........

OUR STATE HAS GOTTEN SO BAD WITH OVER BREEDING OF DOGS N CATS.. WE SEE MILLIONS OF THEM BEING PUT DOWN DUE TO NO HOMES OR NOT ENOUGH TIME FOR THEM TO GET A HOME.. IF WE CAN PUT A STOP TO BREEDING N MAKE IT HARDER TO GET RID OF ANIMALS.. AFTER THEY WANTED THEM.. IT WILL MAKE A BIG DIFFERENCES IN OUR STATE.

OUR SHELTERS ARE KILL SHELTERS.. WHICH SOME PEOPLE DO NOT BELONG IN THOSE PLACES.. ALL SHELTERS NEED TO BE TURNED INTO NON KILL.. WE THE PEOPLE GIVE MONEY AND OUR TAXES HELP PAY FOR THOSE SHELTERS. WE SHOULD HAVE THE SAY SO.. NO ANMAL NEEDS TO BE PUT DOWN.. WHO ENDS UP IN THERE.. THERE ARE SO MANY WAYS TO GET THESE ANIMALS OUT TO GET ADOPTED..

CERTAIN BREEDS WHEN HIT THE DOOR AT THE SHELTERS ARE PUT DOWN ASAP.. THE SHELTERS ARE NOT TRAINED TO HANDLE CERTAIN BREEDS..OR NEVER BEEN AROUND A CERTAIN BREED.. THAT IS EACH SHELTERS FAULT.. ANIMALS ARE SCARED TO DEATH..THEY ARE BEING HIT ON,, SPRAYED WITH HOSES,, KICKED.. TO PRODUCT.. AGGRASSION.... WRONG VETS IN THERE .. BEING MEAN TO ANIMALS .. ONLY WANT TO PUT THEM DOWN.. THAT IS WRONG.. YOU DON'T CALL THAT A VET.. I CALL THAT ANIMAL ABUSE.
