Demand Ann Coulter explain & apologize for "Standard Retard" description in her new book

Language such as "retard" and describing Trump's mocking of a journalist with cerebral palsy as "doing a Standard Retard" is unconscionable. Both Coulter and Trump are rude, crude, vulgar and totally disregard those with any form of disability.
