FOHO WV estimates that in 2011, 53 percent of animals brought into shelters in WV were euthanized, most of which were healthy. Help eliminate the euthanization of healthy animals in WV by supporting the WV Spay/Neuter Assistance Fund bill that is currently in the legislature!
