Mr Obama please stop the Aotearoa/New Zealand Government for going ahead with TPP!!!

I beg you not to let our Country to ratify the TPPA and it would be good if you would desist making like deals with other Countries that undermine Democracy, Human Rights and the people's "Sovereignty" i.e 'the right to self determination'
All such so called "agreements" around the world, including TPP for the Pacific Islands which includes Aotearoa/New Zealand which you have designed with Corporations and probably Lawyers and banks et al. How long have you been doing these dealings behind closed doors?
I was privileged to see some postings from some of your American people they did not want us to sign the TPP because it would mean the erosion of their basic human rights e.g. stable work, a living wage.
We had alone in Auckland 32,000 marching against TPP and still it was signed!!!
The American people including our people don't want slave labour which is encouraged by your immigration policy which is also happening over here, which I believe is all tied in with TPP. It would be good to have "Fair Trade" world wide so there is no exploitation but TPP of course encourages this because Corporations exploit workers and your people who voted you in because of such a policy. Also I don't know what happened to your Democracy that Adam Smith and Abraham Lincoln brought into America. These founding fathers' would be ashamed of you the first African American President!!!!
It would appear that Government of new Zealand and its bed fellows have 'no ears to hear no eyes to see" for it would seem not to have seen the people marching, protesting against the Trans Pacific Partnership and see the numbers in Europe who march against the deal you conjured up for an Atlantic equivalent!!!
Further erosion of our people here in Aotearoa/New Zealand and yours over there under these so called agreements would further erode your Communities. I have read your book and noted that before you were in power you were involved in some projects which made me feel you were above what you et al have conjured up in these deals. Your and John Key and party have with your immigration policies created slave labour which has displaced and dispossessed your people including the American Indians, American Africans. Including war veterans who I hear are among the numbers living on the street. These people are suffering more and more by the American way i.e. the rich being made rich and getting richer which TPP will increase this trend.
It would seem that the so called "agreement" (s) is monopolized and controlled by the corporate world. And Corporates and multinational companies do not care for citizen's Hinemoa and Tane. The rich get richer and the poor get poor more poor and are kicked to the curb literally. More people out of work more people living on the streets. A privatized autonomized world where leaders say "Oh but the emperor has clothes, wonderful extraordinary clothes!!!" where as in actual fact as Alvin Toffler said many wise things about our communities becoming more "fractured" and "throw away" in his renowned book "Future Shock". TPP and other such agreements re:free trade are an abuse of human rights. You and your fellow rich and powerful people will prosper while the middle classes and the poor will suffer. . Under TPP there is no serving of your or our Countries. People who have built their Nations' over the decades and centuries with "blood sweat and tears" don't let them down or people from other Nations and I beg not Aotearoa/New Zealand.
Guess what from the conception of TPP across the Pacific Ocean and Atlantic those in power have not listened to their people!!!

Our people the "salt of the earth workers are begging ou to stand up with Mr Key and not sign (Oh that is right Aotearoa/New Zealand has signed) and ratify the so called "agreement" Mr Key is supposed to represent the people of our little Nation please tell him to not let the agreement, so called, go any further by ratifying it. He did not listen to the people, the people marched and they were pretty amazing numbers that turned out. Key said they were "rent a crowd" which was further insult.
How can an agreement be so many pages long 6400!!!! To be specific. All wording done in the most untransparent shady way behind closed doors. Most of us had not heard about it until last year!!! Please tell Mr Key not to progress with the process in Parliament. In fact tell him to tell you that our Country should can the said deal!!! Listen to the pleas of our people (and yours) and stop this agreement between our two Nations also I heard about RCEP!!! You have got to be kidding!!!
32,000 Kiwis protested this TPP, in Auckland alone there was at least 36,000 supported by the regions and other cities in our fine Country. Look at the numbers in Europe who marched. Ask yourselves why people voted you into power? Was it because you would "listen but not hear" "look but not see"?!!!
This agreement would mean corporate take over of Parliamentary policies. Dictatorship over the people in our Countries the most disadvantaged would be the People of the Land the Tangata Whenua that is the Maaori and Pakeha.
Yes Adam Smith, Benjamin Franklin fought for Democracy over there, Michael Joseph Savage over here who was a champion of the Labour Party. What you are doing is threatening our Brothers and Sisters here. Leaving people, workers at the mercy of mercenary companies/corporates in America and Pacific Nations and Europe, It will encourage further dictatorship in our midst. Most of the workers live on the breadline and others are disenfranchised an inordinate increase in people living in the streets and cars, compromised health suffering anxiety and depression running rife through the populace increase in suicides. The figures of the latter from the last statistics just shocking. And more resorting to drugs and violence more in our prisons.
No "Fair Trade" less restrictive tarriffs on our export goods and services that actually serve to protect our Farmers, Business and Workers. How could you push such a contract with us it is an insult!!! Minimum incomes apart from those whow swivel in their chairs in Parliament i.e. the politicians and cheif executive officers and middle management.
Worker's rights compromised as those in power employ offshore cheap labour (which is and has already been happening) and you wonder at the increasing unemployment figures and horizontal violence, violent crimes
Our Sovereignty is being bleed from us the people of Aotearoa/New Zealand and our Treaty partners. "We are no longer empowered to self determination as a people we of New Zealand" You are taking that away from us. Where is the Democracy?
We will not be able to turn down corporates forcing genetically modified foods and medications. Labelling of food stuff could be compromised. We as a small Nation are left open to being sued by large corporations.
Also medications we hear will be more costly. Will it also mean medicines will be compromised in their efficacy. Will the people be subjugated by your thugs and mobs in order that we tow the Party line or sorry is that the Team line.
Don't you care about the people. Don't you care about "Liberty, Freedom, Equality, Democracy"
If you were not in power wouldn't you want to be accorded these facets of a fair Society,
And small businesses will be swallowed up by big conglomerates and these small business owners displaced and on welfare. Will this mean an increase in Child and parent and people poverty, probably the answer is yes. And there you are in a very comfortable Ivory tower of your own removed from those who are going to stagger under the weight of TPP and what that means but obviously you don't care.
The Climate change Accord signed earlier this year will come to a screaming halt because corporates and greedy Governments like yours. You are about making money for the few and short term gain, thinking, power for the few. All the Governments around the world signed that Accord saying that they would cut emissions so that generations to come would not suffer further disasters and Climate change that would see the end of this one and only planet we have been given i.e. Planet Earth!!!What about Freedom of Speech what about Democracy
What about all the people. You are still not listening. Will you only be happy when the (your people our people) are silenced?!!!
