Dog Fighters Deserve Harsher Penalties

Dogs are being cruelly abused and killed in this despicable "sport."  Give those who are caught fighting dogs a harsher penalty.  This should be a law that is enforced strictly throughout the United States.  It is proven scientifically, that those who abuse animals, graduate to abusing children or hurting adults.
